The wreckage of a passenger plane that went missing in Colombia has been located, with all 15 people on board confirmed dead, including Congressman Diogenes Quintero Amaya. Satena stated that 13 passengers and two crew members were on board. The passenger list also included Carlos Salcedo, a candidate in Colombia’s upcoming congressional elections. The flight, operating the Cúcuta–Ocaña route, last contacted air traffic control shortly before midday. Colombian President Gustavo Petro expressed condolences, saying he was “deeply saddened” by the loss of life.
