Tiruchirapalli: Allegations of medical negligence have surfaced at a private hospital in Nagapattinam following the death of a 16-year-old who passed away while undergoing treatment on Wednesday. The protesters claimed that improper medical treatment was responsible for their boy’s death. The body was sent to Orathur Government Medical College Hospital for a post-mortem examination. This incident has once again raised concerns about patient safety and medical standards in private healthcare facilities in the region.
