In too many areas of national existence the decline has been woeful. Officialdom is most content to lament that our people are not interested in employment opportunities. The vast emphasis on infrastructural development has not made much positive impact on the national economy. Editor, we are a true third world nation boasting of high GDP and so on. The wealth is being shared upstairs whilst the rest of us who dwell downstairs are left out of the bonanza.
