Dear Editor,We write collectively as a class of students enrolled in an academic programme offered by the Indira Gandhi National Open Univer-sity (IGNOU) and awarded through the Guyana Online Academy of Learning (GOAL). Since then, as a class, we have been observing the prolonged silence, shifting timelines, and lack of clear communication surrounding the completion and status of our degrees. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, there has still been no satisfactory resolution or direct engagement from IGNOU regarding our concerns.
