An alleged stab victim has been filmed desperately pounding on a stranger’s front door in Adelaide’s west begging for help after fleeing a violent attack. SA Police allege the attacker — a 27‑year‑old man from Victoria — followed the ambulance carrying the victim to the Royal Adelaide Hospital. The man did not make an application for bail when he appeared in court on Thursday and will reappear at a later date.
