A man has faced court for allegedly defrauding three local New South Wales councils while employed by them. Martin Thomas Dimec, also known as Tom Dimec, was arrested at Parramatta Police Station on Wednesday where he was charged with 41 counts of dishonestly obtaining a financial advantage by deception and one count of misconduct in public office.
