King's Lynn mother-of-five Helen Hewlett, 45, turned to a dark web site called Online Killers Marketplace in her efforts to pay someone to murder Paul Belton, 52, with whom she had become “utterly fixated”. After being spurned following a brief workplace fling she placed Mr Belton’s name and home address together with an order stating “Need someone killed in Norfolk - vital it looks like an accident”. Investigations into the dark web site by the Eastern Region Special Operations Unit (ERSOU) have now seen two men arrested after police search warrants at three properties in Bucharest and the city of Ramnicu Valcea.
