Work begins on huge industrial development near M25

Kier Property is developing approximately 88,000 sq ft of new industrial and warehouse space one mile away from Junction 17 of the motorway.
Trade City Maple Cross will be made up of six flexible units, ranging from 11,215 sq ft to 18,589 sq ft.CGI of the proposed development.

A spokesperson for the developer said that it is "designed to accommodate a wide range of occupiers, supporting employment opportunities across manufacturing, trade, logistics and associated sectors".
Darren Cheeseman, head of trade and logistics at Kier Property, said: “Trade City Maple Cross is an important scheme for this part of Hertfordshire - offering modern, sustainable business space while delivering new jobs and long-term economic benefits for the local community.
