Herts Police were called to a property in Lytham Avenue at around 8.25pm on Sunday (January 25) after a man in his 20s was stabbed in his leg and suffered what a spokesperson described as "GBH-level injuries". A social media user reported seeing a dozen cars in the road, with police confirming details this morning (January 29). A man in his 50s has been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and has been bailed as enquiries continue. The spokesperson added: "We understand that this incident may cause concern in the local area. This is believed to be an isolated incident with no further threat to the public."
