John Dougall will appear in Midsomer Murders: The Killings at Badger's Drift, which will be staged at Glasgow's Theatre Royal from February 17 to 21. He will be starring alongside Bridgerton Season Three actor James Bradwell, who will play Sergeant Gavin Troy. The play follows the story of the well-loved spinster Emily Simpson, who is found dead in Badger's Drift and her friend Lucy Bellringer, who refuses to accept that it was an accident. As a result, DCI Tom Barnaby and Sergeant Gavin Troy are called in to investigate, uncovering a world of "hidden passions, long-buried secrets and deadly rivalries". The eccentric residents of Midsomer will be played by a multi-rolling ensemble of actors, including Nathalie Barclay, Chandrika Chevli, Julie Legrand, Rupert Sadler, Chris Agha, and Rhîan Crowley-McLean.
