The former flagship Pizza Hut site on Argyle Street, known for years as a family favourite and a key part of the city’s four corners, closed its doors in August 2025 after decades of serving customers.
The firm describes the property as ideally located for a limited-service hotel or value-focused hostel, offering strong long-term income potential.
CDLH said Glasgow City Council has raised no objection to the conversion of the former Pizza Hut site for hotel use.
The location is described as especially attractive given its close links to both Glasgow Central and Argyle Street stations.
