Investing.com -- Bajaj Mobility AG (VIE:BMAG) reported preliminary unaudited figures for 2025 showing revenue of €1,009 million, a 46% decrease from the previous year, while returning to profitability through significant restructuring efforts.
The motorcycle manufacturer posted preliminary EBITDA of €874 million and EBIT of €748 million, compared to negative figures of -€481 million and -€1,184 million respectively in 2024.
This dramatic turnaround was primarily driven by a €1,193 million restructuring gain resulting from the successful completion of restructuring proceedings at KTM AG, KTM Components GmbH, and KTM Forschungs- & Entwicklungs GmbH.
Looking ahead to 2026, Bajaj Mobility plans to focus on its motorcycle core business, implementing cost reduction measures, and targeting notable growth in revenue and unit sales.
