The event, taking place in Wisbech on January 31, will see eight volunteers from Feed Fenland and Wisbech Street Supplies sleep outside in sleeping bags and tents for 15 hours. Funds raised will help support vital services for rough sleepers in Wisbech and surrounding areas. George Broughton, co-founder of Street Supplies, said: "It is an incredibly difficult time for rough sleepers. The money helped Feed Fenland serve more than 40,000 meals and supported Wisbech Street Supplies in providing tents and sleeping bags to those in need. So far, this year’s fundraiser has brought in £700, with a target of £2,000 hoped for by the night of the event.
