The Pella School Board made a formal offer to the next superintendent of the Pella Community School District. A motion was made to approve Dr. Kyle Koeppen as the next leader of the district. He is currently the superintendent of the Vinton-Shellsburg district and earned his doctorate in December 2025. “We are excited to welcome Dr. Kyle Koeppen to the Pella Community Schools Team and his family in Pella,” School Board President Elisa Klahsen said in a statement. “I am honored to serve as the next superintendent of the Pella Community School District,” Koeppen said in statement.
