Dailey man faces felony charge

DAILEY — A Randolph County man is facing a felony charge for allegedly driving without an operator’s license after it was revoked due to a previous DUI conviction.
Clarence Phillip Louk, 60, of Dailey, is charged with one count of driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI, a felony.
When Bonetti made contact with Louk and asked for his operator’s license, Louk allegedly stated that he did not have a license.
Elkins West Virginia Police Communications advised Bonetti that Louk’s license had allegedly been revoked for a DUI conviction in 1989.
Communications also advised that Louk allegedly had three prior convictions for driving with a license revoked for DUI in 2000, 2003 and 2006.
