Another Way’s mission is to bring together people who are interested in envisioning what “care” can look like in the near or distant future. This inclusive community arts initiative features supportive workshops and live readings on Martha’s Vineyard, in New York City, and beyond. It focuses on moving from complaining to creating — an invitation to look toward the light and one other. Another Way co-creative producers Sarah Carey and Moira Silva are planning several follow-up events, including generative workshops and community sharings, to the one that took place at Pathways on Nov. 18. Carey and Silva have partnered with Vineyard Conservation Society and are forging more community partnerships.
