In December 2025, 1.4 million guests spent 3.2 million tourism nights at tourist (commercial, private and other) accommodation establishments. In December 2025 the number of tourist arrivals increased by 12% and that of tourism nights spent at tourist accommodation establishments by 9.2%. The number of domestic tourist arrivals and domestic tourism nights was 10% and 6.6% higher respectively than in the same month of the previous year. The 604 thousand domestic guests spent nearly 1.3 million tourism nights at tourist accommodation establishments, within which commercial accommodation establishments registered 466 thousand tourist arrivals and 1.0 million tourism nights. A total of 22,889 tourist accommodation establishments, within which 2,130 commercial and 20,759 private or other accommodation establishments welcomed guests.
