An man is in hospital after being hit by a car at a junction in West Lothian.
The 86-year-old pedestrian was on Langton Road, East Calder, at the junction with Oatbank Road around 10.40am on Wednesday when he was hit by a Ford Focus.
The man was taken to the hospital for treatment, where his condition is currently unknown.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Sergeant Al Marshall said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash to contact us.
