Reports indicate that Mr. Ali’s mother secured the residence on Tuesday evening before departing for her daughter’s home, located in proximity. At the time of the incident, Mr. Ali’s wife was visiting her mother, and their son was abroad in Dubai. The total weight of the stolen gold ornaments is estimated to be 70 pawans. A formal case has been registered at the Padubidri Police Station, and investigations are currently underway.
