The company, which has more than 2,000 stores nationwide, is seeking permission for a change of use of a vacant unit on Croesnewyedd Road. According to plans submitted to Wrexham Council, the space forms part of the former Phoenix Healthcare manufacturing and distribution centre. Internally there would be a serving area and a small seating area consisting of approximately 10 seats. “The proposal utilises an existing brownfield site, which is vacant, thus promoting efficient use of land in accordance with Future Wales.
