An Inverurie grandad has gone on trial after his car smashed through a nursery’s front window and struck a four-year-old boy. Ruby Low, a member of staff at Stepping Stones, told the court she had a child in her arms when Cruden’s car appeared at the window. He maintained he had “no idea” why his vehicle came to end up inside the Inverurie nursery. Ms Forbes said she drove Cruden’s car back to the police station and experienced no issues.
