A Hartwell man is scheduled for a bond hearing in Franklin County Superior Court next in connection with a shooting incident at a Royston vape store. According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, on January 11, Franklin Springs Police Officers were called to the Royston Tobacco and Vape store in the Tri-County Plaza. Thompson said the investigation was then turned over to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Scott Andrews said that when deputies arrived, they rendered aid to an 18-year-old male victim from Hartwell, Georgia. Mohamed is expected to have a bond hearing on February 6th.
