It added that screening of chairmanship and councillorship aspirants will hold from Feb. 7 to Feb. 11 across the 21 local government areas and 326 wards. “The chairmanship primary election will hold on Feb. 15 while appeals arising from the primaries will be handled on Feb. 16, all in Awka,” it stated. AdvertisementAPGA fixed the cost of chairmanship forms at N6m and councillorship forms at N600,000, noting that female aspirants and persons with disabilities would pay 50 per cent of the fees. It also urged intending aspirants to strictly comply with the stipulated guidelines and its electoral regulations.
