Ali Ndume, the lawmaker representing Borno South in the Nigerian Senate has expressed concerns over the state of affairs of the country. Speaking on Arise Television’s Prime Time Programme on Wednesday, Ndume said there is a lot of grumbling among political stakeholders in the Northern part of the country. The lawmaker warned that a lot of individuals seem to be deceiving the president about the true state of affairs and the political tempo in the region. But in the North, anybody who tells you that the North is not grumbling is not speaking the truth,” Ndume said. Like I have said before, the president is not the problem, it is the people around the president who are the problem,” Ndume said
