North Kashmi: Man Dies, Another Injured in Pattan Road AccidentSrinagar- A man died and another was injured in a road accident in Pattan area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday, officials said. An official said that a collision took place between a truck and a Maruti Eeco at Hyderbeigh Pattan, resulting in the death of one person and injuries to another. ADVERTISEMENTHe said one of the victims, identified as Rayees Ahmad Najar, son of Ghulam Nabi Najar, a resident of Hygam, succumbed to his injuries at the hospital, reported news agency KNO. Another, Javid Ahmad Najar, sustained serious injuries in the mishap and was shifted to JVC Srinagar for specialized treatment. Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
