CCTV footage shown to the court captured the victim gently and repeatedly tapping Stalker on the back and head with an inflatable golf club, reports Chronicle Live. Prosecutor Mairi Clancy said: "Without warning, the defendant turned and struck the victim in the face with a glass, causing it to shatter on impact." He continued: "I didn't do anything to deserve having a glass smashed across my face.
