Bellway Strategic Land Limited is planning the development off Victory Lane, Rochford. ‌The plans include 50 percent affordable housing and includes one, two, three and four bedroom homes. The plans include more than £2.6million in financial contributions for education, health and other services. The proposal would deliver infrastructure and financial contributions to mitigate impacts of the development including in relation to highways, education and primary healthcare provision.
