Drivers on the M11 this morning are facing long queues of traffic after an incident at junction 7. Southbounds traffic are delayed following an incident which was first reported at around 7.20am this morning (Thursday, January 29). Those travelling past Harlow southbound are delayed as one lane remains closed. Traffic cameras show queues up to Waltham Abbey, junction 5.
