Ivan ChindurzaIvan Chindurza has joined Aecom from Mott MacDonald, where he served as operations director for its energy generation divisionChindurza will be responsible for growing Aecom’s renewable energy business across Europe, developing and maintaining client relationships. Chindurza was with Mott MacDonald for 15 years. He began his career in renewable energy in 2007, when he joined SgurrEnergy (now Wood Group) as a renewable energy consultant, having worked previously as a market trader. Eloise John, Aecom director of energy for Europe, said: “The renewable energy sector today faces a number of challenges, from grid constraints and connection delays to supply chain volatility, workforce and skills gaps, and growing storage and flexibility demands.
