The Castle Leazes scheme has been designed by Norr ArchitecturalBowmer & Kirkland will deliver the £274m Castle Leazes student accommodation scheme in Newcastle upon Tyne for Unite Students and Newcastle University. The project which will see the replacement of the original 1960s-built 1,250-bed accommodation, with 2,009 new student rooms. Bowmer & Kirkland began the demolition and enabling works way back in June 2024. Bowmer & Kirkland has previously delivered 3,000 rooms for Unite Students across the country.
