She has won the Guinness World Record (GWR) following her feat for the largest serving of Nigerian jollofrice, recorded in September last year. The Guinness World Records team informed Hilda through an email from Andrew Fanning, Head of Client Partnering–Records Creative Team, that her attempt at the “Largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice” hadsimultaneously broken another record. Reacting to her success, Hilda said, “Woke up a three-time Guinness World Records holder, and I’m still trying to wrap my head around it. “When @ginonaija and I broke the Guinness World Record for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice, I thought that was it.
