Discovery Consulting’s efforts to implement a new SAP-powered HR system for Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) saw its client earn a finalist nomination at the software vendor’s SAP Best Tech Awards 2025. The consultancy was called on to implement SAP SuccessFactors supported by SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) for the new HR environment. The intention was to provide a streamlined, user-friendly experience for employees while adhering to complex regulations and supporting recruitment and retention more effectively. As such, this placed pressure on recruitment, retention and compliance. As a result of the consultancy’s work, CSPD was listed as a finalist in the SAP Best Tech Awards 2025 for the Human Capital Management category.
