Police are at a North Staffordshire Asda where a cash machine looks to have been ripped out of the wall. Images shared with StokeonTrentLive in the early hours of this morning show damage to the side of the Springfield Road store where the cash machine is located. One reader told us: "The cash machine has been taken out of the wall in Asda. Earlier this month StokeonTrentLive reported how a stolen JCB smashed its way into the Co-op on Kidsgrove's Cedar Avenue where the cash point was stolen. We have contacted Staffordshire Police and Asda for statements on the overnight raid.
