NFL player Matt Kalil’s model ex-wife has cited “free speech” as she is sued for viral comments about the size of his manhood. The model made the shocking comments on a livestream in 2025, when she claimed the size of the penis caused their divorce. Furious football star Kalil then sued his ex-wife for “invasive commentary” – and now Baylee is claiming freedom of speech as a defence in the suit. He said that suing Baylee “for sharing a truthful, autobiographical account of sexual trauma” would undermine her rights to freedom of speech. He is suing his ex-wife for an invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment and has requested a jury trial.
