NET Web DeskThe Department of Computer Science, Manipur University (MU), is organising a two-day Workshop cum Research Colloquium on “Advances in Computer Science and Applications” at the Court Hall of the Vice-Chancellor’s Secretariat, Canchipur, Imphal. Ibohal Meitei, Director, Research and Development Cell; and Prof. M. Premjit Singh, Registrar, MU, as Guests of Honour. The programme was presided over by Dr. Khumukcham Robindro Singh, Head, Department of Computer Science. Speakers highlighted the transformative role of AI across sectors, the importance of ethical and responsible AI use, and the need for human oversight. The keynote address was delivered by Tejmani Sinam, former Head of the Department of Computer Science, MU.
