Developers are tied up with the council over plans to form a new Queen’s Road medical practice in Aberdeen’s west end. Meanwhile, a supermarket on the city’s King Street is poised to relocate to a larger building just yards away. The New Aberdour, Tyrie and Pennan Community Council say the new facility would be the same size, but would be more accessible. Papers sent to Aberdeen City Council say that it would mostly sell cooked breakfasts and snacks like rolls and paninis. These will need to be agreed by council planning experts before any work can begin.
