Thiruvananthapuram, Jan 29 (UNI) Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the fifth session of the Loka Kerala Sabha, a biennial assembly bringing together members of Kerala’s global diaspora, at the Nishagandhi Auditorium here at 5 pm on Thursday. While the inaugural public session will take place at the Nishagandhi Auditorium on January 29, the Loka Kerala Sabha sessions on January 30 and 31 will be held at the R. Sankaranarayanan Thampi Hall in the Kerala Legislative Assembly complex. The Loka Kerala Sabha provides a platform for expatriate Malayalis and other stakeholders to discuss developmental priorities and strengthen connections between Kerala and its diaspora. Ministers K. Rajan, Roshy Augustine, K. Krishnankutty, A. K. Saseendran, Kadannappally Ramachandran, K. B. Ganesh Kumar, V. Sivankutty, and G. R. Anil will attend the event. Deputy Speaker Chittayam Gopakumar and Deputy Leader of the Opposition P. K. Kunhalikutty will also be present.
