A major Nottingham road in a city suburb has reopened after it was closed in both directions due to a crash. Sneinton Dale in Sneinton was closed after the incident at around 8am today (Wednesday, January 28). The closure was in place between Shrewsbury Road and Trent Road, according to traffic monitoring website Inrix. Nottingham City Transport (NCT) announced its Red Line 43 service was operating on a diverted route via Carlton Road and Cardale Road in both directions. Inrix stated: "Sneinton Dale in both directions closed due to police incident from Shrewsbury Road to Trent Road.
