Heaven Lee Dawn Hood, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she committed a hit and run accident at the intersection of Veterans Memorial and John Maddox Drive. Reports said that Hood failed to maintain her lane when she caused the accident. Police added that Hood was wanted for failing to report to her probation officer October 20 2025, October 6, October 7, October 2, September 29, September 11, and September 10th. Hood is charged with hit and run, improper lane change and probation violation.
