Organizers of the Panini Senior Bowl announced Wednesday that a free concert planned for Friday evening is being moved indoors. The Senior Bowl takes place Saturday, Jan. 31, and some preliminary festivities will coincide with Mobile’s first parade of the Mardi Gras season. Game organizers said that “due to forecasted high winds,” the concert will instead be held at Soul Kitchen Music Hall. The Senior Bowl Player Parade will take place as planned, according to Wednesday’s announcement. Muscadine Bloodline gets a break that a predecessor didn’t: In 2024, Counting Crows got soaked while performing a free post-parade Senior Bowl concert.
