Dundee Raac campaigners fear they will be caught up in a second crisis after the local authority was told to declare a housing emergency by Shelter Scotland.
The national charity urged Dundee City Council to admit it is in crisis with statistics showing hundreds of children living in temporary accommodation.
Yvette Hoskins, vice-chair of the Dundee Raac Campaign Group, fears the housing problems are only going to escalate if funding solutions aren’t found.
The Scottish Government declared a national housing emergency in May 2024“It is shocking that SNP councillors continue denying reality in the face of a Dundee’s escalating housing emergency,” said Mr Marra.
