Toki Bistro & Bar has had team shake-up, signalling a “fresh culinary direction” for the North Sydney venue.
Miller Collective Executive Chef Jacob Lee and Head Sommelier Lisa Cardelli have been unveiled as the two “powerhouse” additions to the leadership team.
Miller Collective includes Miji Bar & Grill and Toki Bistro & Bar, a Parisian-inspired Asian Fusion restaurant which opened in June last year.
At Toki, she is developing a new wine list shaped by traditional Parisian sensibilities, to “perfectly” align with Lee’s seasonal menu.
Toki Bar & Bistro on Miller St in North Sydney is open from 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday, and 5pm to 10pm on Saturday.
