Access4 has launched the Access4 Partner Experience (APEX) programme to keep up to date with customers shifting towards utilising more integrations into multiple business systems. The new programme, which the cloud communications vendor said is the “most significant evolution” of its partner commercial framework in five years, modernises commercial structures and reduces perceived barriers to entry. Access4 said it has achieved this through the removal of committed spend requirements and the introduction of performance multipliers to growth incentives and re-rating existing partner business as partners progress through tiers. Access4 chief revenue officer Matt Milne said over the last five years, both the company’s platform and partner ecosystem have matured significantly. “While we are still seeing significant growth of our voice product portfolio end users’ requirements have shifted to have more integrations into multiple business systems,” he said.
