A teen charged with killing his 16-year-old classmate was arrested Wednesday after evading law enforcement for more than four years years. Pagan was charged on Nov. 1 of that year when he was 15 years old. “It doesn’t bring Omar back, but it definitely feels like a whole weight is lifted off my shoulders,” Omar’s mom, Jennifer Morales said. Marshal Service’s New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force, who found and arrested Pagan, without incident, in the 200 block of Marmion Ave in the Bronx. Pagan was charged with criminal homicide, conspiracy to commit homicide, robbery charges and other offenses alongside then-17-year-old Jaedyn Gaines.
