A Hudson County man admitted to stealing military laptops, hundreds of thousands of dollars in luxury perfume and liquor from storage facilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania last year, federal prosecutors said. Authorities accused Spivey and three co-conspirators of burglarizing trailers at logistics warehouses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and then transporting them into and through New Jersey to sell the goods, officials said. Spivey and the others stole $50,000 worth of Department of Defense laptops from a warehouse in Pennsylvania in January 2025 and $200,000 worth of luxury perfume from a Pennsylvania warehouse in March 2025, officials said. They also stole $20,000 worth of liquor from a New Jersey warehouse in March 2025, according to officials. An attorney for Spivey did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
