First responders were called to a hazardous chemical incident on TheBus while it was in Kalihi today. The Honolulu Fire Department says it received a 911 call at 12:34 p.m. for the incident near 838 N. School St. in Kalihi. Upon arrival, firefighters found multiple patients affected by a hazardous chemical on TheBus. A bus passenger had reportedly sprayed an unknown substance on TheBus, making others feel sick. Honolulu Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene, and evaluated and treated two patients, a 66-year-old woman and a 69-year-old man.
