(Submitted) ExpandCarbondale Area Junior/Senior High School students recently spent two days participating in the Chief Science Officers (CSO) Leadership Institute at Johnson College, representing IU19 as the only school district in Lackawanna County involved in the STEM leadership program. New CSOs to the Carbondale Area team include Gabrielle Kielar, Riley Hazelton, Rebecca Shiffer and Alia Vrabel.
