Australian Ageing Agenda
Both programs start on 23 February and aim to equip the aged care workforce and sector leaders with the knowledge, skills and confidence to implement best-practice solutions.
The first program, the Innovation Capability Program, is designed for individuals working at or with an aged care provider looking to transform existing processes.
The Retaining Your Aged Care Workforce short course runs until 15 March and is also delivered online.
It aims to help leaders better understand how data, culture and targeted strategies can be brought together to address workforce challenges.
