Harris served as a PPM representative in the 2017-2021 administration, but he was better known for his political voice across the airways rather than his time in parliament. A host of numerous talk shows over the years, he was instrumental in introducing a modern, edgy approach to political talk radio in Cayman, especially with CrossTalk, which he hosted for several years on Rooster 101 alongside his long-term radio partner, Ellio Solomon. “Austin served as part of a PPM-led coalition government, where he was known for his commitment to research, accountability, and representing the people of Prospect with care and conviction.
