A Mississippi teen was killed, and investigators are trying to determine if the shooting was accidental. Lincoln County Sheriff Steve Rushing said that around 11 p.m. Friday, Travis Jay Giles, 18, was fatally shot at a gathering with friends. Rushing said there were four others at the gathering, all of whom were juveniles. Witnesses told investigators the shooting was accidental and that they didn’t realize the gun was loaded. Rushing said the case will go to Grand Jury to make a decision if charges will be pressed.
